Cosby Thrills Full House In Lynn
Item Photo / Nancy Jones
Lynners paid no attention to the snowy, inclement weather Saturday evening as legendary comedian Bill Cosby (shown onstage in front of a large-scale screen) entertained a full house at the Lynn Memorial Auditorium inside City Hall. Fans were treated to an almost two-hour performance as Cosby, generous with his time, performed 20 minutes longer than scheduled. Those in attendance saw a show devoid of his trademark political humor and cultural commentary. The audience readily interacted with Cosby, especially on his hilarious takes on difference between the sexes, from Adam & Eve to present day. Cosby also signed autographs for his many fans and dined on a sandwich provided by Lynn’s Brothers Deli.
