The Lynn Area Chamber of Commerce Proudly presents Women in Networking (“WIN”). A new series of six networking, educational and fun events from June 2010 – May 2011 geared to bring business women from around the North Shore together! The series is open to all women either in business or looking to re-enter the workforce.

Stack is the founder of the Say Yes Institute (SYI), located at 121 Loring Avenue in Salem. SYI is a company focused on building emotional intelligence skills through workshops, coaching and trainings. She has provided services to over 50 nonprofit agencies and specializes in supporting leadership to develop management/supervision skills. She has the privilege of working with clients (ranging from teens to Executive Directors) looking to develop concrete skills/ tools to build positive relationships and reach personal and professional goals. Carrie is the author of “Conversations with the Future,” and was named by WE Magazine as one of 101 women bloggers to watch. Dr. Stem Mahlatini Ed.D LICSW
Dr. Mahlatini, originally from Zimbabwe, Africa is President and Owner of Global Coaching & Consulting Services, LLC (GC&C) in Swampscott and Salem. She is a Certified Life-Career Coach, Author, Licensed Psychotherapist and Motivational Speaker. Her accomplishments include conducting workshops to women and adolescent girls on: Effective leadership skills for women; Balancing personal and professional lives, Business Etiquette, Creating A Target Market Profile, Overcoming the Fear of Business Start-up and many topics relating to women balancing work, family, life and business. Dr. Mahlatini is a co-author four books on emotional wellness for women through the professional women’s network. In addition, she provides mental health counseling to adolescents and adults in her Salem and Swampscott offices. Her lifelong goal is to continue to empower and inspire women and adolescents to be winners at home, work and business. Her motto is “Each day is an opportunity to bring out the new you”.
