Barbara K. Cheney Design Consultants was founded in February 2009. My expertise in designing kitchen’s and bath’s came from my working experience with tiles over the last 18 years. I’m inspired by all current and classic periods of design both Contemporary and Traditional, providing a stylish interpretation of all forms, using the finest quali9ty of materials and workmanship to create sophisticated surroundings.
My Specialty is designing spaces using tiles, stone and glass along with an enormous variety of fine materials to create a unique work of art for each room. It has become a passion of mine to work with a variety of new and old materials creating original designs custom fit to each client’s taste. It is very important to me that my client’s home reflects their personality and fits each personal vision and aesthetic. The ability to visually heighten the impact of designing “forever” spaces, which will thrill my clients is my goal.
